A keno ticket that pays when all the selected numbers are drawn.

B

Balls

These are the keno balls. They are about the size of bingo or ping pong balls and are numbered from one to 80.

Bank

Bankroll

Bet

The amount of money a player can lose.

Blank

An unused keno ticket.

Buy-In Tournament

A type of tournament where players pay a fee to participate in a prearranged number of games and tickets.

Call

Caller

At land-based keno games, this is the person that reads out the numbers during the game.

Catch-All

A variation of keno where players have to get i.e. catch all the numbers marked on their tickets.

Catch Zero

Close

When the house no longer accepts tickets. Usually, this is before the draw.

Combination Ticket

When two keno spots are grouped together.

Draw

The group of 20 numbers drawn for each game.

A ticket with 32 marked numbers.

Exacta

A ticket played for two games that also offers special payouts.

Expected Value

The anticipated outcome.

Field

Spots that are not circled/unseparated on the keno ticket.

Group

Spots that are circled/separated from other marked spots on the ticket.

Handle

The sum of money collected for a specific period.

High End Ticket

Hit

Hold
